What is there to do for an 17yo on the ship?

My neice will be with us on the Triumph and we are wondering what she will be able to do? Can she go into the disco? Can she attend the shows? Can she go into any of the lounges?

Club 02 is for pax in her age group, she can go to most of the shows except the late night comedy show which is for adults. Not sure about the lounges? Lots of young people hang out in the arcade as well.

My DS is 16 and we just got off the Destiny - He spent most of his time in Club O2 and loved every minute of it. :D

 

He wishes he was still on the ship and at the club. ;)

 

There are so many things planned for them throughout the cruise and they have their own area (no parents allowed).:cool:

 

There should be enough to do to keep her busy (and my DS is not a big social bunny either).

The main nightly show is family fare. All ages welcome. There's usually a midnight "adult comedian" show, but that's seperate.

 

The teens have their own "club" just for them. There are almost always families in the Karaoke venue too, at least early in the evening. Other lounges probably wouldn't appeal to teens anyway, but I don't think a 17 yo would get kicked out for listening to the jazz trio.

 

Casino - No.

 

Disco has designated times when teens are allowed just for their age group. I think it is usually 9-10 (with Tweens 8-9). After that I think they get booted.

 

Mostly the Teens hang out together in the Teen club, or by the Lido Deck eateries (Infinite Pizza & Ice Cream Supply).

 

And as another pointed out there's an arcade. And during the day there's also the ping-pond & mini golf area topside.
