Changing Specialty Reservations

Help! I have made dinner reservations for our upcoming cruise. We have since had another couple decide to join us on the cruise and wish to join us for dinner. I can't seem to "modify" the reservation online. Should I wait until I board? We are now Diamond members and have the use of concierge. Thinking that maybe they may be able to help us?out on the first day. Anyone know what time the Concierge lounge opens on the first day.

Have you tried creating a new reservation for the four of you? If you can get the time you want, create a new one and cancel the original. Then you'll be sure to have the date and time you want.

Can't help with the Concierge. We made Diamond on our last cruise and haven't had the opportunity to anjoy that benefit yet.

Thanks for the quick reply. The problem is that I don't want to change the reservation date and time, only the number of diners. There isin't anything available at the time that we are booked. Wondering if they save some space for the other cruisers that don't book ahead of time. They must.

I had the same problem on Brilliance last year......once I'd made the reservation online it wouldn't let me modify it. We were able to change it very easily when we got onboard. Or you could try calling them if you don't want to risk waiting.

Don't be too concerned that you can not alter the number of people on your rez. before the day of your cruise. As long as you get on the ship early and get to the specialty restaurant promptly on day of departure.....they reserve 40 percent of the restaurant for on board rez availability.
