Wine packages on Independence ot Seas

I'm travelling on IOS in June and am wondering whether to pre purchase wine packages online before I go. I'm slightly confused (and maybe a bit thick too!) but I believe prices on board are in dollars, but prices online for the wine packages are in pounds (I'm UK based and sailing from Southampton).

 

So question 1 is, when exchange rates change do they change bar prices to reflect the increase/decrease in the value of the dollar to the pound.

 

Second question is for 5 bottles of wine pre paid at £64 online, do you think this will be cheaper than if I buy either single bottles or a package on board?

 

Third question, has anyone managed to get wine in their suitcase onboard Indy, (I'm thinking of trying the rum runners) for pre meal drink in my cabin, but I've heard RCI are really strict and xray your case pre boarding.
