RCCL Airport Transfers--Still use pier porters?

We are considering a 4 night cruise to the Bahamas out of Port Canaveral. We would be flying into MCO and due to the short cruise and the distance between the airport and the port we are thinking about using the RCCL airport transfers.

 

If we do this will RCCL get our bags on the ship or will we pick up our bags and hand them off to the porters (with an appropriate tip of course)?

 

We will be flying in the day of the cruise, is there another easier or cheaper way to get there?
