How to set up a Meet and Greet?

I am trying to set up a M&G for the Dawn on our 3-14-09 cruise. I have looked on these boards and have found email addresses for groupcoodinatorDawn@ncl.com and groupeventsdawn@ncl.com. Both have come up undeliverable. I've never set one up before. Can anyone give me any suggetions and who to contact? I appreciate any info you can give me!!! This board has already given me a lot of information. Thank you to everyone!!!

I just set one up for our 2-21-09 cruise on the Star. Send the email to groupeventdawn@ncl.com . It's event not events. ;)

I'd like to thank you all for this information. I was nominated by my roll call group to set up our meet and greet and had problems finding the correct email address. Just tried your suggestion and hope to have it set up soon. Happy Cruisin'!!

Thanks everyone. I had used "events" instead of "event". It just went through and I received a confirmation. I won't get anything specific until closer to our sailing date in 7 weeks. I'm ready for warmer climates!!!

I'm trying to schedule a Meet & Greet aboard the Jade for our upcoming cruise from Barcelona in March. I've seen an email address for the events planner posted before and copied it but my post bounced with an unknown address. What I had was GroupEventsPlannerJade@ncl.com Does anyone have a correct address? I tried doing a search and didn't turn up anything. Thanks.

You can also call them and ask for the group events department. If you email them, tell them the ship, the sail date and the number in the group. They will get to you probably the week before your cruise with the details.
