Super Bowl Sunday On The Summit -How does Celebrity handle it?

We were on the Crown Princess last year and they showed the game on MUTS. Where does Celebrity usually have the game on? Do they have a mini buffet in the area or do you have to go into the regular restaurant or buffet for food.? Thanks

Last year they broadcast the game in the Cinema. Bar service was available. My husband went but I didn't so I don't know the whole story.

Three years ago on the Constellation the game was on in all cabins and they had a big screen set up on the pool deck.

Yes they show it in the cinema and also in your room. They offer drinks and food too. We just returned from the Infinity and this is what they did for the playoffs for football, pro and college.

I just got off the Solstice. They showed both games so I suspect Celebrity will show the Super Bowl. The games were on in the casino and bars as well as the staterooms.

We were on Summit last year for Superbowl, and it was one of the highlights of the trip for us. They showed it in the theater with a wonderful "tailgate party menu", fabulous desserts, and of course - bar service. The crowd had a great time - and I really believe the staff did as well.

 

There were impromptu "tailgate parties" in one of the bars - and we had one ourselves (we traveled with a group) in the martini bar with a few of the martini samplers!

 

It was the best Superbowl party I ever went to - I didn't have to cook or clean up or anything!

We were on the Century. They divided the theater into the two sides. I was amazed the ship didn't list since there was an overwhelming number of one fans on one side. The had decorations and lots of food.
