glrydays Posted January 19, 2009 #1 Share Posted January 19, 2009 So, going to Banister with eco tours is about $65 cheaper than with RCCL? Is the convenience of tendering directly to the island, not dealing with the pier transfer and being on the first tender worth booking with the ship for $65 more? glrydays Posted January 19, 2009 Author #3 Share Posted January 19, 2009 $65 cheaper for the group of 4 - (my family). I am thinking it is worth paying the extra and going with RCCL since I am with two kids ( age 9 and 7)

glrydays Posted January 20, 2009 Author #5 Share Posted January 20, 2009 NO - they are right at the pier, so you step off the tender, pay and board their boat.
houseflipper48 Posted January 26, 2009 #6 Share Posted January 26, 2009 We were in belize last week and used eco tours, booked right at the dock. David was our tour guide and was AWESOM!!! Would highly recommend them. We snorkled and then went to bannister island. We paid $45 per person. Worth every penny.:)
ghini Posted January 26, 2009 #7 Share Posted January 26, 2009 We were there last week (Wednesday) as well. We used David at Eco and paid only $30 each. Ours was cheaper since we were not going to snorkel. We just went out and enjoyed the beach, sun and local beers. Played some volleyball with David and Nicoli.
