accessible Cabs in San Juan?

Can anyone tell me if there are accessible cabs in San Juan both at the airport and that you can call to a hotel?

I am hoping being US affiliated they might have them, but don't want to count on it without facts.

any info appreciated.

also if anyone knows of hotels that would have an accessible shuttle that would be good tool

No shuttles.

But Taxis are readily accessible from the airport and any hotel in the SJ tourist area (Isla Verde,Condado, Ocean Park, Miramar, OSJ).

In the tourist the fares are "fixed".
