Newbie, love this forum

Hello All:

 

I am new to Lose B4 u Cruise. I like the weigh-ins, i think it will encourage me to not only work out but eat healthy.

 

My Goal: I would like to lose 15lbs before May cruise. I would really like to lose that weight by Mid April ( My Bday, hey i deserve it :)).

 

My Strategy: To eat a healthy diet, with only complex carbs ( limited intake at evening) vegetables and fruits and protein.

 

My Wish: 15 slimmer and toned!

 

Please support me on my weight loss.

 

I have always struggled with keeping fit. I do not weigh a lot , i want to lose 15 lbs but it is still in my healthy range ( very important). I also want a toned body i am in my early 20s and I have to work hard to remain thin.

I think the birth control makes this harder on me.

Welcome! :D Your plan is a fantastic one and I have no doubt that you'll achieve your goals.

Hey partner!

 

My cruise is in May also and I want to lose 40 pounds total. We can do it together! I've hired a personal trainer in the past and know enough to do it myself now, eating, workout plans, I have them all. I started January 1st and have lost 8 pounds so far!! I have set up little goals along the way and I have reasons to keep going after the cruise!
