Where do I find Great Chips & Salsa?

Agreed, if we want chips and salsa we get Doritos & Old El Paso :D. Tostones, mofongo & mallorcas are the things to try here.

 

That said, I like the warm salsa that's served at Tijuana's, next door to the Cataño ferry terminal.

You need to try Tostones (fried plantain with garlic and salt) if you are coming to Puerto Rico...also have some small bacalaitos fritos (cod fish fritters) ,... leave the chips and salsa for your trip to Mexico.
