orquidia Posted January 21, 2009 #4 Share Posted January 21, 2009 You need to try Tostones (fried plantain with garlic and salt) if you are coming to Puerto Rico...also have some small bacalaitos fritos (cod fish fritters) ,... leave the chips and salsa for your trip to Mexico.
