Jade on Sunday...one more question, please

We are going on the Jade on Sunday. Rather than carry alot of cash, I was wondering if I can still get cash at the Casino on board, with my sea pass card? Thanks, Pat

Yes (no surcharge, either) - just goes as a charge on your shipboard account. Have a great cruise!

Carrying a $1,000 or so would not be a problem. Put extra cash in safe when you board.

There is also an ATM near the internet cafe which dispenses US dollars. We used this with no problems.

So it would actually be better to just get cash from the casino than to use the onboard ATM??

 

 

Also, It's been a few years since our last cruise. On this 12 day cruise, in a penthouse suite, about how much should I figure out of my budget will the TOTAL tipping cost for the cruise be? I know the butler and concierge are dependent upon how much i use them, but i'm not figuring on using their services very much, maybe a reservation here and there, but nothing extreme.

Thanks everyone. I'm not worried about the cash once I get onboard, but before that in Barcelona. I just find it easier to leave it in my bank account and take it as I need it.
