Anyone from Island Princess 1/13-23/09

We booked the cruise in March and had a $7pp fuel surcharge. We should have gotten $140 credit but did not. When I inquired about that I was told that there was an increase in the port charges and that was deducted from the fuel charge. I didn't care for that explanation since that was the first I had heard of a port charge increase. I was wondering if any of you had the same situation. The told us that the increase was $34.
