Time to do both Dunn's River and Sunset Beach?

I'm going to be in Ocho Rios with RCI Freedom of the Seas in February. I really want to spend the day at Sunset Beach for the AI price of $60, but wondering if I could fit in a trip to Dunn's River Falls as well. We dock at 9:00 a.m. and the ship leaves at 5:00. Does anyone know how far/long it is from the port to Dunn's River? How long do you really need to see/climb the falls? How far from Dunn's River to Sunset Beach? Would it be very costly to do this? Are the Falls really worth it?
