Hi folks,

This is my first post so I hope I have it right.

We are booked in a outside cabin on upper deck 6 cabin size says 17m, my son and his partner are in cabin on the same deck with a balcony and the size is 42.8m seems such a big difference for the extra $148. Any views on this.

Hi Squibs,

Welcome to CC. Hope that you find all the answers to anything you want to know....and even more that you don't ask...lol :D

As for the cabins on Pacific Sun, deck 6 is Upper deck and we have stayed in U76 when we cruised on her. We found the cabin to be a good size with lots of wardrobe space, the bathroom is small but well layed out. There are no balcony cabins on the Pacific Sun only Verandah Suites, so unless your son has booked a suite he could not have a balcony. The suites are up on the Verandah Deck....deck11. :o....but would be a lot more than $148 extra.

Hope this helps, or confuses you....

Hi Squibs,

What the others have said is correct, so I will not repeat it. The outside and inside cabins are all exactly the same dimensions. The size is quoted on page 67 of the brochure as "Outside or inside Queen Bed (approx 17m square)". Twin bed configuration is obviously the same size.

For $148 extra (presumably each) it think it is worth having a window if you could get one. :):)

Evon.
