Do the Carnival beach breaks "sell out"?

I've got some OBC waiting for me when we sail, and I'm debating between booking early (and using CC) or waiting til we board and purchasing the excursion using my OBC. I'd OBVIOUSLY rather go with the second option, but didn't know if they put a limit on the people they sell the Beach Breaks to (we'd like Tabayana, but would hit Coral Caye if the other was sold out). Has anyone ever been shut out of purchasing a Beach Break?
