Question about the Norwegian Jade

I know I have read on these boards that the NCL Jade is one of the ships that DOES have the access card for the rear elevator the one that goes to the sixth floor dining room

For those not familiar with this, they will encode the cruise cards of Disabled passengers [at least those in HC cabins] to allow you to call this specific elevator to the floor you are on, it is the only elevator that goes to the sixth floor and without the encoded card it is hard to get without having to go to the seventh floor get out and try till that one stops for you.

What I would like to know is if anyone disabled here has been on the Jade but not booked into a HC cabin and still been able to have them encode your card? I booked a non HC suite this time but will still be using my folding WC for that trip.

I asked the NCL agent about it and they said yes you can get it, but don't fully trust that they know what they are talking about, I would hate to get on then find I could not get it encoded.
