If you want free transfers from airport to hotel, you will need to stay by the airport (which is 15 miles south of downtown and the cruise terminal), as none of the downtown hotels offer that service. From hotel to pier (if you are staying by the airport, you have the option of taxi, town car service, or Shuttle Express). The Doubletree is a good property in that area. Bear in mind, too, that fairly cheap down by the airport is in the neighborhood of $150 plus tax (15%) for two per night, and about $250-300 downtown plus tax. Cost for transfer from airport to Pier 66 by taxi about $35-40 for two, town car about the same, Shuttle Express probably about 1.5 times that (they are NOT cheap, by any matter of means). You COULD take the Gray Line Airporter and Connector from the airport to the Marriott across the street from the pier for considerably less than that: http://www.graylineseattle.com/airportexpress1.cfm
