Rhapsody My Time Dining/Express Walk Off??

We will be on Rhapsody for an Alaskan cruise (leaving from/returning to Seattle) and are wondering if My Time Dining and Express Walk will be available.

My Time Dining is supposed to be on all ships by this summer. Express walk off has been offered in the past but with the set up of the Pier 91, you will have to wait until the first Alaskan cruisers are back before we definitely know whether express walk off will be offered this year in Seattle.
