Disembarking POM-Flying out of FLL

Returning 3/9 on Century into POM. Would I be cutting it too close if I book a 1:30 p.m. flight back to Chicago flying SW out of FLL?

Have read conflicting advice on boards. Don't want to be rushed but prefer not to spent 4 hours in airport (next flight is 5:30 p.m.)
