cruise credits

Hi. We just completed 24 credits with RCCL. I looked at our cruise history and RCCL shows our 24 credits..however..it still shows us as "Diamond" instead of "Diamond Plus" When do they change that? I think our credit history changed at 10 credits to "Diamond" Shouldn't 24 be "Diamond Plus?" Thanks. :)

I always thought that 25 is diamond plus. But I could be wrong. I never really cared what makes us what.

It's 24 completed credits for Diamond Plus but I don't know if they've ever fixed the website to show the Plus part online. Someone who is Diamond Plus will have to verify if they have.

Wrona, they just recently added "Plus" and it does show on our My Cruises account.

It took about a week after the end of the cruise for our new status to appear on the website. If it's been a week, I'd call C&A.

I feel your pain. We just made Diamond, but it didn't show up on the website. I was told to wait a week or so, but it never did show up. I called C&A, and a wonderful rep, Jessica, helped me, and got our Diamond status to show.

They discriminate against the people on your side of the pond. You don't have access to see it on the website, I believe it's only available to those in the US and Canada. Otherwise, you have to call to check on status.

Oh Wrona..... I probably knew that.... sigh.... can I not go in to C&A through a US website though? If I access my online booking through the US site I get a slightly more to select.....
