compass rewards??'s

Hey all...vry new to the compass rewards program.I just received the rewards in the mail,we booked are cruise a week ago and were assign a room. My dh called and was told to mail it in and we would receive the upgrade. Howevere i have a question...if we are already booked for an ocean view on the 6th floor(highest category) and there is no more balconies avalible(cuz thats what we wanted) what would be are upgrade?? Or do they just refound some money?

All thats avalible on the ship for 4 people is suits and penthouses...so what would we get? Anyone have any experiance with this?

What did the person your DH spoke to say? Was that person aware that you were already in the highest Ocean View category? Everyone here on Cruise Critic insists they won't give you anything but the same inside to inside etc. and not move you up, so I'd be very interested to see what they do give you. Please let us know!!
