Ship class question

Recommended Posts

I was hoping someone would take a few minutes and explain to me about the different classes of ships, like, other than size, what are the main differences and which ships fall into what classes. For example, I have only been on Rhapsody so far, but when we were docked next to some other RC ships, I could see that it was considerably smaller in size (nevertheless, it has its own charm and I love it). Are some ship classes better for certain travelers? Thanks!:)

Hi There,

Wow...there is a lot to answer. I would spend some time and go back a week or two on these threads and that should give you some perspective about who likes what about the different classes. The basic information about what size the ships are and what ships in what class can be found on the "Ships" menu on the RCI website. Click on each ship and you will see the "tonnage" which is a fundamental measure of this ships weight and size.
