parking and hotel in ft. lauderdale or miami

we are planning on cruising in April but, have'nt decided to leave from Miami or Ft. Lauderdale. Does anyone know a place from either location that provides a place to park for the week near those ports? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Try posting this on the East Coast Departures board. This is for West Coast departures so you are on the wrong coast!

we just stayed there...think it was $159 with a shuttle package...newly renovated motel...next to mcdonalds and there is a hooters near by...everything a person could want or need....ok my wife made me eat at a vegetarian buffet down the street..it was good too
