I was wondering if you can make phone calls to the other cabins from your cabin and if so, how much do they charge you? I want to keep track of my sons in their cabin and I don't want to use our cell phones. Thanks!

There is no charge to make cabin to cabin calls.

There are also so called "house" phones in various areas around the ship (near pools, in some dining areas) which would allow free calls to your cabin(s).

 

I have frequently used these when traveling with a group.
