Glory/ Eastern Route Bahamas Question

We sail on Saturday then arrive at Bahamas on Sunday. My husband and I are seriously considering staying on the ship that day. If we do, do you think most people will get off the boat and the pool areas will be much less crowded?

Just wondering who might have experienced this.

Anytime staying on the ship in most ports the pool area is much much less crowded. We are probably going to do the same thing on our cruise when we get to Belize.

It will be for awhile, but on Sunday there is not much open in Nassau. We found that out the hard way. I have done this itinerary before. People will get off the ship for excursions and Paradise Island. So you should have some great time by the pool.

We did this itinerary last September. You arrive in Nassau so early and the shops don't open until 11 a.m. There were a lot of locals offering island tours for everyone. Since we had been there two times before, we decided to go back and stay on the ship. It was nice and quiet and we enjoyed it very much!
