Early embarkation on Summit

Hi, we booked a CC room on Summit. According to the website one of the perks is Early embarkation. How does that work and how early is early?

We got to the terminal at 10:45 am for the 1/31 sailing.

 

They did have a delay in getting people on board but we were on the ship by 12:00. We also spent quite some time in the liquor store at the terminal.

 

BTW we did carry on our Liquor, no one took it from us. We just put it in our carry on, which went through the xray machine 2 times after that, so someone had to have seen it.

 

There is a line for CC category once you are inside the terminal building and starting the check in process.
