just_me Posted April 26, 2004 Author #2 Share Posted April 26, 2004 I'm only asking because I couldn't find the info anywhere else. First one.... NOS 6/5/2004 How do I get one of those nifty grey boxes?
dougp26364 Posted April 26, 2004 #3 Share Posted April 26, 2004 Yes you get it for the entire week. I believe it's someting like $85 and it will be delievered to your room before the first formal night. Most have posted it's in there room by the time they get to their room. Mine was delivered the next day. You can also buy Tux's reasonably cheap from a tux rental shop, either locally or online. There are several online sites that sell them for as little as $125. In less than two sailings you've more than paid for your tux. Last cruise, I rented mine. I hadn't become hoooked on cruising yet. Before my next cruise I'll be purchasing my own. I have two cruises booked and am planning a third so it makes better sense just to buy one. Alexis Posted April 26, 2004 #4 Share Posted April 26, 2004 Hi, Here is the website that does the ships formal wear. http://www.cruiselineformal.com/ My husband rented the tux, comes with two shirts, socks, you get to keep, shoes, and everything included for $115.00. We went to a tux shop at home and they took his measurements for free. I then filled out the form on line and the tux was in the cabin when we boarded. dougp26364 Posted April 26, 2004 #5 Share Posted April 26, 2004 $115? I guess it was the shoes that got the price up there. I didn't need the shoes so maybe that's why my memory tells me it was cheaper?
