Taxi drivers; whats to say they come back?

How have you're experiences been in regards taxi drivers dropping you off(say Pinel, or Mullet) and the same guy coming back to get you later in the day. I just dont want to have that worry all day of them not coming back.

Would it help to suggest a nice tip upon arrival back at the ship at the end of the day?

I would simply explain as you make your arrangements at the Cruise Facility taxi area that you are interested in a round-trip arrangement, and will pay at the completion of your round trip, with a nice tip, of course.
