Best St. Thomas Excursion offered by Carnival???

We aren't into water sports, but we enjoy the sightseeing and beauty and relaxation of a beach, with maybe some shopping. I'm a bit interested in seeing Blackbeard's Castle, but that isn't a deal breaker. Can anyone please suggest something.

You should check out Sunny Liston's tour. He drops you off for shopping, takes you sightseeing, then a 2.5 hour beach stop.
