Cruise4Andy Posted December 28, 2004 Author #26 Share Posted December 28, 2004 I picture the butler more like a "pinguin", so the seafood selection should be quiet fresh.... ROFL ;-) (Sorry, couldn't help!)

Cruise4Andy Posted December 30, 2004 Author #29 Share Posted December 30, 2004 CruisinMatt: Here's a link to virtual tours to all Mediterranea cabin categories. Click on Panorama Suite - Aft, that's cabin # 5266... http://smillay.cruisesinc.com/travel/cruises/virtual_tours.jsp?pg=4&mediatype=5&ITINERARY_ID=821|CM||| But I still will make plenty of pictures to share with everybody, also from the bathroom, where you can't seem to find any pics as well as the huge balcony. Now you got me curious... What is the "special" Captains party?? We should also get another Captains party, as I booked the Anniversary Package for our anniversary.... glcruiser Posted December 30, 2004 #30 Share Posted December 30, 2004 We got an inviation to the "Special" captains party, it was for 11:00 AM! I think it was the only time the Captain was available..... It was in the showroom all the way forward on the bottom of the ship, can't remember the name. Anyway, being so early, people showed up in shorts, gowns, etc....there way only about 20 people that were there. We met the capatin, some of the crew, and of course the photographer. They served canapies and champagne or punch. It was too early for me to eat or drink anything. I think they had way to many glasses poured and plates of finger food for the number that showed up. The captain introduced himself, and a few crew members, in 4 languages, and then said enjoy....... That was it, no music, live band, or anything.....we chatted with our neighbors on the deck above us, then we left. No biggie!
