PintSizedMommy Posted February 22, 2009 #1 Share Posted February 22, 2009 My husband and I are sailing Carnival's Glory this August, along with our son, who will be 22 months by that time. One of our stops will be Belize, and we're looking for activities that are child friendly. Any info, advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! red lobster Posted February 23, 2009 #2 Share Posted February 23, 2009 I hope you get some responses to your question, I am going on NCL in April with my husband, daughter, son-in-law and their 2 year old and I told my daughter and her husband to do an excursion that day since we have already been there. I know we had to tender before and everything seems like quite a distance from the port so I am thinking about staying on the ship that day and just letting little mister play. I am hoping you get some good ideas that will change my mind.

RoadTripFanatic Posted March 12, 2009 #4 Share Posted March 12, 2009 We went when DD was 6 and we took her to the zoo. I'd highly recommend it.
red lobster Posted March 14, 2009 #5 Share Posted March 14, 2009 Jaina, We are also on the Spirit April 5th, I really don't want to book anything we have to pay for ahead of time just incase our grandson is tired or cranky that day he has done really well on the two other cruises we have taken him on, but when they are only 2 you just never know what to expect. I told my daughter and her husband to do an excursion that day and I will babysit, we went to Belize on the Glory a few years ago and did the cave tubing, so I really don't feel I will miss out on too much if I don't have plans. What are you planning for Guatemala? We have kicked around the Go with Gus Humanitarian tour, but don't really know if it is appropriate with little mister. I have tried to ask some questions, but got some different opinions each time. What have you come up with? Thanks Diane
