We decided to get connecting cabins which meant a chnage of cabins and have lost some of our on board credit which we bought with fun ship dollars and having alot of trouble getting it back. They seam to be on "their time" all the time when getting stuff accomplished. It took them 2 weeks to credit our account with the funship $$ we purchased as obc. Most of the time they just told me "well you don't leave until june" One of them actually said it wouldn't be applied until after may 1st but quickly changed that story when I asked to speak to a supervisor. She put me on hold and never came back, as I was phoning from Ireland I dread to think what my bill will be.
