QM2 Shows

We last enjoyed the evening shows On the QM2 in July 2007. The two most memorable were shows called Rock at The Opera & Appasionata.

Can anyone tell me what the theatre shows are like this season?

Hopefully just as good but something new to look forward to?

Cunard lease these shows for 5 years so it is possible that they are still on board, they certainly were in October.

Oh that would be a bit disappointing!

Anyone cruised this year who can confirm?

Trouble is that QM2 is on her world cruise until April, Cunard might be able to assist

When we were on the QM2 1/3 to 1/15 of this year, the announcement was made that the shows (I beleive all of them) were being performed for the last time on that voyage. They made a big deal about that so I am guessing that at the beginning of the world cruise they started new shows.

I was also on that cruise, and took the lift one day and one of the dancers was in the lift. I told him what good shows had been performed, and did he have any news he could shed on the new shows. He told me the whole troop(?) were finishing on that cruise and a new troop was boarding. With the ship on its world cruise, I guess we will have to wait, unless there is a "Live From" thread:D

My understanding is they will be using the Queen Victoria shows on Queen Mary 2.
