momofzeke Posted February 26, 2009 #27 Share Posted February 26, 2009 Yes, quite a selection of desserts and pastries in the buffet for free. Also, in the specialty coffee shop there are pastries and desserts for a fee. Plus milkshakes, lattes, etc. You can also order a few desserts from room service (free 24/7). spaceflower77 Posted February 28, 2009 #28 Share Posted February 28, 2009 the Sushi is also free, but you pay for Saki if you want that. I highly recommend getting up to Sur Mer, which is right above the Cezanne Restaurant. I have to second this... watch out though, it's easy to get overwhelmed with fried stuff... It's a fantastic place to go initially since it is NEVER crowded and with the Lido deck insanity, the no lines makes it a must for me upon embarktion :) Soft serve afterwards is good stuff and the Pizzaria rocks, always. no13cat Posted March 1, 2009 Author #29 Share Posted March 1, 2009 If you are doing an shore excursion which doesn't include a meal, is there anyway to carry food from the ship to eat during the day? My family aren't very adventurous when it comes to meals!

Heres the most recent thread from Friday on that subject...it really should be limited to pre-package snacks only. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=936922
