Leaving Tomorrow!

We leave tomorrow to fly to New Orleans for our first cruise on Thursday! I am so freaking excited I can't hardly stand it!

 

We have our fun pass's and luggage tags printed, our ID and birth certs and our travel insurance info.

 

We have a power strip, zip lock baggies for wet suits, wrinkle spray, biodegradable sunscreen, bonine and ginger tablets. Oh..and a travel size clock. We didn't do the over the door shoe holder. Other than that...Anything else that is a MUST bring that I missed?

 

These boards have a been a great help in preparing to go!

Several years ago...we went on our first cruise out of New Orleans....this was pre-Katrina...anyhow...it was awesome!!! And actually, a very unique experience in cruising out of the U.S. You will actually spend several....around 6-7 hours...just going down the Mississippi River...before you get to the ocean. That is a WAY cool experience...its kind of Tom Sawyer...followed by....the Ocean! Very cool! Have fun!

Bring some aloe Vera for any sunburns and get cash in small bills ($1's, $5's, some $10's) for tipping. Have fun!! BTW Which ship are you on? I like to know what people are sailing. :D

We are sailing the Fantasy! And we are very excited to go down the Mississippi.

 

Okay...shutting down and heading out to the airport!
