Spring Forward Time

So, here in the U.S. we "spring forward" on March 8th. We will be in Grand Cayman on March 16th, leaving from Miami. If we are arriving in Grand Cayman at 7:00am ship time, what will the local time be?

We are on the same cruise. According to timeanddate.com, right now it's the same time in Miami as it is in GC. GC does not observe Daylight Savings. On Saturday when we go an hour ahead GC stays the same. If it's listed as 7am Miami time on the itinerary than that really means we're arriving at 6am in GC.
