GC plans-how does this look?

We will be pulling into GC on March 9 from 0800-1800 and planning on doing some snorkeling at Eden Rock, shopping and lunch in Georgetown and spend the afternoon at 7 mile Beach. Is this a good itinerary for the day? What kind of watersports are available for rent at 7 mile beach?

we're doing the same kind of thing, except in the morning we are doing the rays from 845 to 1045. then we are going to eden rock while the wife shops, then maybe walk to another dive spot. i dont know whats available at seven mile.
