Mexico Warnings

With all the warnings going on (sorry for the repeated questions, just gathering as much info as I can), how are the ports here?

You have posted in the Cayman islands section. Cayman is very safe with no civil unrest or drug cartel violence.

 

Mexico has seen an upswing in violence related to drug trafficing particularly in the Pacific coast (Zihuatanejo and Acapulco) and border cities (Tijuana, Ciudad Juarez).

 

Cancun has not gone unscathed. In early February the new head of the anti-corruption task force for the area was abducted and killed only three days into his new job.
