Valor- Lifeboat location question

I was just wondering, how do you know if there is a lifeboat outside your balcony that may block the view? Or are the boats lower than the balcony rooms?

They're lower. I think they sit level with deck four!

you may have one blocking your view if your balcony cabin is listed as a "obstructed view", is yours obstructed?

I booked with Carnival and wasn't told that my view was obstructed, so I assumed it isn't. I just wondered how you would know...

the boats on the Valor are located on deck 4. you are going to have a great view from deck 7.
