Do all cruises do Carribean themes?

We are finally not going on a Carribean Cruise. All of our vacations are the same as our backyard. FINALLY we are changing and going out of New York City to Canada. My question is what kind of music do they play on deck, and what kind of dance parties and stuff do they have? Do we have hockey songs and beer parties since going to Canada? And if going to Alaska do they do Eskimo Dances?

I can do the cent, five cent, ten cent dollar with the best of em, do I get to learn something new?
