Carnival 2 for 1 coupons

I am looking at cruises and came upon some people selling what they claim to be coupons for Carnival cruises where you can buy a 5 day or longer cruise and your roommate goes free. Anyone else ever done anything with this and can say if it is legit or not?

No ones seen these? I saw the thread for the Princess coupon and he mentioned Carnival I am just wondering if these are person specific and what type of requirements fall under them

Read their fb carefully. You'll see a lot of positives that are complaints on the carnival coupon ones. Things like refunded transaction, seller refunded when travel agency didn't come through, also you'll see:

 

The coupon was great and the travel agency is easy to work with.

 

From the sounds of it you'll have to book through that one agency and according the neg it's not cheaper to book through them 2 for 1. I'd skip it.

If it sounds too good to be true, it always is.

 

Be sure to read the fine print, most likely these are booked at brochure rates and not the current discounted fare for a particular sailing.

 

Also you will still have to pay all the government taxes and fees, port charges etc...for the second person. Will in all honestly probably cost you more than just a regular booking.

 

I say stay away......:p
