Corona beach club - distance from downtown

Just wondering if we took a taxi to corona beach club to snorkel for a couple of hours and then wanted to go downtown is it within walking distance or do we need to take a taxi there and then another taxi again to get back to the ship? Also how much further is it to go to the Gervasio ruins from the beach and is it possible to snorkel and take in the ruins with a little shopping. The ship gets in at around 2:00 and sails again at 10:00 although we may want to go back to ship for early dinner and then just around the port afterwards for a bit.

You'll need taxis between all locations. The ruins close at 4pm local time!
