Aurora R902 cruise 13th April to carabbean

Is anyone travelling on this cruise. We are interested in anybody going on the Antigua excursion 'cricket legends'.

Cross your fingers that your cruise goes ahead. It wouldn't surprise me if Aurora goes into dry dock if the ongoing repairs in Auckland don't fix the problems 100%.

Yes, Aurora broke down.

Aussie, as lirch is a new member I was trying to get him to use the message boards. It is the main topic and is there for all to see.

I can understand the forums can be a bit confusing when you first start, so I encourage you to try out the Search facility on both this board and the P & O Australia boards which both covered the breakdown extensively.

 

Aurora broke down a couple of weeks ago 4 hours after leaving Sydney and then had to limp to Auckland on one engine.

 

She spent 6 days there but is now fixed and is speeding to San Francisco but is missing out many ports on the way.

 

By a small itinerary change it is still planned she reaches Southampton on time so hopefully your cruise will be OK.

 

Nevertheless, I'd keep checking with P & O if I were you.
