Pharmacy Prices-Belize vs. Cozumel?

Which port do you find less expensive for both prescription and non-prescription drugs. Cozumel or Belize?

I know Cozumel prices.

They can vary so much in any of a dozen pharmacys;

overall American seems to give accurate email quotes and they will beat most

We were at both ports last year and Belize had a much larger selection and we found the prices were also better. Valium was 50 cents a pill and Ambian was $2 a pill in Belize. We are going to both ports again on the Glory next month so I'll update when we return.
