on board credit

Only if you ask them for a copy of your bill at some point then you will see the credit on there. and various things subtracted from it such as tips and any drinks or things you purchase with your cruise card.

The actual money, or use thereof, will be on board the ship. The $75 will be deducted from your total expenditures, be they spa treatments, service charges, casino, specialty restaurants etc.

 

BTW There's an on line travel agency that is offering triple OBC. They advertise on cruise critic, if you got their email. If you booked w/NCL you can transfer the booking and get $225 instead of $75 (unless you had some other very special rate. For instance, i could not take advantage of this because we got the military rate).
