Onboard Casinos

Does anyone know if or how often they change out the slot machines on the ships? I'm hoping that, because the Star just came out of a dry dock, that they have placed a few of the newer machines in. Is this just wishfull thiking? It doesn't seem as though between cruises they would have any time to switch out a machine or two. Thanks for any help!

I don't know how often they "officially" do it but I know compared to the casinos at home they are ones that we played years ago. As long as people lose at them they are happy!

Probably only during a dry dock,takes alot of time,to disconnect,unbolt,etc etc,and move to a freight elevator,but most ships have alot of the newer slot machines in the casinoes:D

LOL! I think I'm the one keeping them in business! Maybe if I stop feeding the machines, they'll be forced to change them out:D
