Has anyone used the van services for 15 passengers/?

Has anyone taken the van/tours from the pier for 15 passengers? Does anyone know the cost and do you have to book in advance or when you get off the ship do you just go to see about taking one? Wrote to Mike/Gerry private drivers but haven't heard anything back yet. We are going end of April and after reading boards thought it might be better to set up a driver than trying to take taxis but is it too late to book now? Probably would like to go to San Gervasio and Playa Corona Beach and a little shopping.
