Formal nights on AOS?

Does anyone know which are the formal nights for the AOS sailing out of San Juan on Sundays?

Just got off the AOS formal nites were Monday Nite and Thursday nites those are the sea days.

Does it depend on which itinerary? We are visiting St. Thomas, St Martin, Philipsburg, St. John's and Castries? We only have one sea day.

I know on all the RCCL cruises I have taken the 1st formal night is the very next day after sailing.
