Western Caribbean - Temperature in Evening?

I am preparing my clothes for the Ruby Princess (Western Caribbean) cruise on March 28th.

 

Does anyone have input to the weather and overall temperature in the evenings? Does it get cool in the evenings outside? Does it get cold with the AC indoors? (dining rooms, theaters, etc.)

DW often keeps a light sweater or shawl for indoor venues where the a/c may be cranked high, DW is a native born Floridian. We're having - like most parts of the country - an early spring. As a Canadian, you're going to find the weather warm or very warm/hot even on deck in the evening; indoor a/c is always up to the engineers below deck (but it's usually well regulated).
