Kris, I'm sorry, it does sound like I'm trying to defend Cameron. As Aplmac said, Cameron does get many recommendations on CC, so I don't need to defend him. Yes, we did have a great time on the occasions we've used his services, and having a smaller group may indeed have made the difference. But, I am in no way trying to minimize the nightmare of your experience, which was compounded by the fact that you planned this tour not only for yourself but for others. I truly hope that Cameron will find a way to accommodate you for this poor impression you were left with of not only his services but of Barbados itself.

Its been 2 days now...I have not heard back from Cameron...When I booked the tour he was very quick to respond...I was impressed with his timeliness.....now....??
